Who am I buying from?

What form do the books come in, and what may I do with them?

PDF only, so there's no shipping. One book or the 3-book collection.

Hotmart emails your link. Open your books any time at consumer.hotmart.com with your purchase email.

Personal licence: you may read it and print it for yourself. No sharing, reselling, uploading or copying for others.

Who processes my payment?

Hotmart, a payment platform, processes it and is the seller of record at checkout. Card, PayPal or Apple Pay.

Price: as shown at checkout. Hotmart's own terms and privacy policy apply there.

How do the membership charges and cancelling work?

A lesson from my lesson tee every week by email, plus more. Reply with your questions any time.

7 days free, then charged monthly until you cancel.

Cancel at consumer.hotmart.com (membership, then payment settings, then cancel subscription), or email me for help. Past months aren't refunded.

Should I see my doctor first?

Yes. Golf is physical. Check with your doctor before new exercise, and stop if anything hurts.

Can you promise I'll get my distance back?

No. Results vary from golfer to golfer. No promise of yards or scores.

Is that really you in the pictures?

My pictures on this site are illustrations.

Who owns the books and letters?

Carol Whitfield Golf owns the books, letters, text and pictures. Personal use only.

What's the limit of your responsibility?

As far as the law allows: no responsibility for indirect losses. Total responsibility capped at what you paid.

Your legal rights as a consumer stay fully in place.

Will these terms ever change?

If they do, the page gets updated and so does the date on it.
